Join us on 2/22/22 as we clear old attachments and recommit to the future we're creating.

This relaxing but powerful journey uses sound, Reiki, and meditation to recalibrate you with your highest self.

Our evening will include:

• channeled Reiki to balance and calm the nervous system

• a sound bath to inspire energetic realignment

• meditation to focus and visualize

• journaling around intention and clarity

• intuition-enhancing techniques

• somatic breathwork and embodiment practices

Be ready to to receive, activate, and elevate! Everyone welcomed, and no experience is required. Comfortable clothes, yoga mat, and paper/journal are suggested.
