Joining us in community to gain understanding, tools, and support to navigate health anxiety.
Health anxiety is the experience of excessive fear of disease or preoccupation with one’s health. It can lead to significant distress and impairment in daily life, and it’s crucial to address health anxiety before it negatively impacts mental and emotional well-being.
There is help and treatment for health anxiety at the intersection of knowledge, technique, and mindfulness.
In this informative workshop for teachers, trainees, and students, we will discover the root causes of health anxiety, learn practical strategies to manage overwhelming worries, and connect with others who understand. You will reclaim your peace of mind and improve your overall well-being to help yourself, your loved ones, and your community.
