Celebrate the elements of fire & water in this memorable Yin-Yang flow curated by Daniel Alan Head & Nicole Walter. Join us as we combine the meditative, grounding practice of Yin Yoga paired with an invigorating, dynamic Fire Flow. We begin with meditative breath and an opening, soothing Yin practice before building heat and strength through Daniel’s signature vinyasa Fire Flow. We will close with cooling Yin asana, followed by savasana and a sound bath.
Class will leave you feeling balanced, mobile, strong, and centered.
